Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated on specific product pages.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Times

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: Delivery may require additional transit time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be redirected or reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Discovery Backyard Shop will work with customers and carriers to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • A description of the damage

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
